We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn't right for you, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MEETD:

ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR RETURN PORTAL BELOW WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. Proof of purchase must be provided along with an order number.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS/EXCHANGES UNLESS THE RETURN FALLS INTO THE FAULTY OR DAMAGED CATEGORY.

It is recommended that you use a traceable method and note your tracking number when returning your items. Melons & Melons will not be responsible for items lost in transit and we will not be able to process the return. FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, MELONS & MELONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES INCURRED WITH THE RETURN OF YOUR ITEMS.

EXCHANGE

IF YOU REQUIRE A SPECIFIC COLOUR/ITEM AFTER WE HAVE PROCESSED WE CAN HOLD THE ITEMS FOR YOU IF YOU CONTACT US VIA EMAIL, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS

If you received an item different from the one you ordered, we deeply apologize. PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES

Once your package is received back with us, you can expect a processing time of 3 to 7 business days. Once your return is accepted, your refund or credit will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. FOR EXCHANGES, OUR TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE THE EXCHANGE.

You will receive your exchange/refund within 14 days once we receive your return.
