Is an exchange possible?
The warranty period for asserting defects in the purchased item is a maximum of 1 year from receipt from the date of purchase (date of payment) for both private individuals and entrepreneurs or companies. This period also applies to hidden defects.
Defects in the purchased product that arise during the aforementioned warranty period (guarantee period) must be reported to the seller in writing immediately after their discovery, but no later than within 2 working days.
Any warranty is void or does not even fall under the warranty if the customer makes the following complaints:
-Damage and malfunctions to the products caused by accidents, improper or abusive use (cuts, cracks, contamination, unnatural smells, discoloration, etc.), bending of the structure, storage in chemical substances not intended for this purpose and/or modifications, repairs or interventions by persons who do not have the necessary and proven professional qualifications. In particular, improper handling includes broken chains and bracelets, broken stones and jewelry, as well as damage caused by chlorine or salt water, perfume or sunscreen, for which the guarantee is excluded.
-Consequences of normal wear and tear or aging of the goods.

How can I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from the following materials:
• 925 Sterling silver, rhodium-plated, matte or blackened
• 925 sterling silver gold plated with 18k (rose and yellow gold plated)
• Stainless steel
• Stainless steel gold plated with 18k (rose and yellow gold plated)
• Copper
• Copper gold plated with 18k (rose and yellow gold plated)
• Set with stones
• Decorated with pearls
Our jewelry is of high quality and stands the test of time. The lifespan of the jewelry can be extended with proper and regular care. To enjoy the valuable and beautiful jewelry for as long as possible, you should follow a few basic rules:
• Rings and other jewelry should not be worn when doing housework, gardening, playing sports or bathing (in salt or chlorinated water).
• The jewelry should be removed before going to bed and before showering.
• Perfume or hairspray can fade the shine of the jewelry and dull its brilliance. We recommend applying perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics before putting on the jewelry.
• Pearls and stones must not come into contact with perfume or hairspray. Their surface will be damaged by alcohol or other solvents. Pearl jewelry should be stored separately from other jewelry. Ideally, all jewelry should be stored in a cloth bag to avoid scratches.
How can I clean my jewelry?
• Soap cream and make-up residues can be removed using an ultrasonic device if the piece of jewelry is not set. The ultrasonic device should not be filled with harsh cleaning agents. It is best to use water in combination with a neutral cleaner. To clean slightly tarnished areas, use a silver cleaning cloth or an eraser. When using the silver cleaning cloth, please refer to the instructions for use.
• Blackened jewelry should never be cleaned with a jewelry cleaning bath or ultrasonic device, as the blackening may be lost. However, the surface can be easily polished with a jewelry cleaning cloth.
• Coral, turquoise, opal, pearl, mother of pearl, rose quartz, tiger eye, goldstone, jade, malachite, howlite, lapis lazuli, moonstone, labradorite, chocolate moonstone, kyanite, amazonite and agate are not suitable for cleaning in the jewelry care bath.
• Jewelry made from stainless steel never discolors, is waterproof and very long-lasting.
• Jewelry made from copper does not require cleaning.
• For leather and rubber, natural stone and fabric straps, only the precious metals may be cleaned with a silver cleaning cloth. These should not be cleaned in a silver immersion bath or using ultrasound.
• All our jewelry is shipped in a box or fabric bag. This storage protects it from light and moisture when not in use.
